We are a team, respect your teammates
- Don't talk when being briefed for a mission (When the teacher is talking)
- Raise your lantern rings if you have a question (Raise your hands)
- Be kind to your teammates, no negative language
Be a hero by making good decisions
Work as a team to solve our problems
Consequences:
First offence- warning
Second offence- lose recess time
Third offence- call home/ note home

2. Secret Identity voices (Inside voices)
3. Hero Voice (Presentations)
4. Battle Cry (Outdoor voice)

Behavior Monitored:
We monitor the students behavior throughout the day using a behavior chart. Our behavior chart gives the students an opportunity to receive rewards for good behavior or consequences if poor behavior continues.

Mystery Hero of the day:
Every day one students name will be randomly selected and placed in the Mystery Hero bucket. Throughout the day I will pay extra attention to the mystery hero. At the end of the day, if the student was well behaved, I will reveal out mystery hero and give them 5 power gems for the treasure box. If the mystery hero did not show hero-like behavior then the mystery hero will remain a mystery.

Power Gems:
Power gems are our classrooms form of currency. The students will have chances to collect power gems throughout the week by displaying hero-like behavior. The students who collect 10 power gems will have an opportunity to cash them in for a treat from our classroom treasure box at Friday recess.
